Unleashing the Mom Boss: A Bold Journey into 2024

As we dive headfirst into the new year, it's time to take a moment to reflect. 2023 was a  rollercoaster🎢 – a year of highs, lows, self-discovery, and, let's face it, a dash of chaos. So, grab your favourite cup of coffee (or wine – no judgement here), and let's chat about the real, raw, and relentless journey of being a motherhood, because guess what? You're a badass, and it's time you own it!

I started 2023 shedding some pounds, wrote a handbook on body confidence, and then, like a plot twist in a Hollywood blockbuster, gained the weight back and lost my own confidence. How many of you can relate? Been there, done that. But here's the kicker – I bounced back, just like you will. Life's a marathon, not a sprint, and every twist and turn is an opportunity to rise stronger, more resilient, and, let's be real, even more fabulous💁

Oh, and speaking of fabulous – I birthed more than just my handbook last year; I birthed my very own website! I graced podcasts with my wisdom, juggled being a mom, running my own business, and clocking in at the 9-5. Whew! Now, tell me that's not the epitome of a mom boss. But here's the real talk – it wasn't always smooth sailing.

I faced the struggle of transitioning my business from coaching single mothers to embracing all moms. Why? Because I get it – every mom needs guidance to unleash her true essence. We're all in this together, navigating the crazy ride of motherhood, and I'm here to guide you, cheer you on, and remind you that you're a force to be reckoned with.

Let’s take single motherhood for a moment, as a solo parent I learned to let myself be loved and taken care of, that's a skill in itself. But here's the secret – it's not a sign of weakness, it's a testament to your strength. And let's not forget the fear of entering the teenage era with my daughter– a whole new adventure! 

I continued my journey with my coach & mentor because growth never stops. Confidence is a muscle, and we're here to flex it. And now, as I step into the new year, I'm on a mission – to empower other moms to reconnect with themselves, build a better version of themselves, and embody that fierce woman, loving mother, and confident partner.

So, here's to 2024 – a year where we continue to kick 🍑, and embrace the chaos with open arms. You, my dear mama, are a warrior. Let's own it, live it, and make this year the most badass one yet!
